Suzanne Jablonski
District Manager
Suzanne has been a Practice Administrator in healthcare for over 20 years and a licenced cosmetologist since 1990. She has her BS/BA from the University of Phoenix. While working in women’s health, she was introduced to aesthetics and fell in love with skin care and med spa services. Making people feel good about themselves inside and out, has been a passion. Seeing an individual as your canvas is a skilled art, not a job.
Estella Lopez-McLean
Nurse Practioner
Estella is a Florida Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the AANPCB (American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board). Estella has worked in many areas of medicine, including Family Practice, Women’s Health, Dialysis, Cardiac, Med Surg, Home Care, and Aesthetics. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and has completed certified training in Botox and Filler injectables, Sclerotherapy, Laser treatments, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
Joyce Palamar
Massage Therapist & Aesthetics
Joyce’s passion to assist others in healing themselves began when she herself was helped tremendously decades ago. She attended and graduated from The Florida School of Massage in Gainesville with 935 hours, and in 2017 graduated from the Alpha School of Massage with 300 hours as a facial specialist/esthetician where she is trained in facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels.
Tracy Salmeri
Licensed Aesthetician
Tracy has been a Licensed Aesthetician for 20 years. Previously Tracy had owned her own day spa in New York for many years. Her passion is to continue working in the med spa atmosphere due to the advanced medical grade products and services offered. Tracy has a license as an Electrolysis and has several certifications including lymphatic drainage and Reiki techniques which she uses in her facials. She is certified in Microneedling, IPL lasers, medical grade peels, microdermabrasion as well as certified in phlebotomy.
Rachel Nemith
Licensed Aesthetician
Rachel has been a licensed Aesthetician for 3 years as well as a licensed cosmetologist for 5 years. She uses her unique skills in her waxing, Diamond Glow facials, microneedling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion treatments and more amazing services. Her passion for this industry stems from her ability to give people their confidence back, while alos educating them on how to properly care for and maintain their skin.
Ashley Montgomery-Smith
Licensded Massage Therapist/ Certified Medical Assistant
Ashley relocated o SWFL to enjoy the sun year round. She obtained her BBA in 2021 from Strayer University. Ashley has been practicing massage therapy for two years and graduated from Blue Cliff College in 2007. She has a passion for helping others. Ashley decided to purseue her licensure in Asethetics and began her journey to become a Licensed Esthetician. She is certified in Yeso Therapy, Post Surgery Lymphatic Drainage, CBD Therapy, Cupping, Prenatal Massage Therapy and Phlebotomy.
